Pinterest Day 1 :)

Okay, so last night I went to the grocery store and I was so excited to get this started. I printed out the recipe for the white chicken enchiladas and was ready to go!

First thing in the grocery store my son started to complain about the dinner for tonight. Really!? You are already complaining about the food before I start making it!? Any other parents have that problem out there? I am just wondering if it is me!

Anyway, came home and fixed the dinner. It smelled heavenly. Very easy to make and just put it in the oven for 25 minutes. I was feeling very proud of myself for making my first Pinterest item from my board.

Anyway, I take the bubbly concoction out of the oven and my mouth was watering with anticipation. I served it to the kids and my son hated it!!! He pretended he was gagging. Seriously, I need to do something about him! My daughter loved it and ate it all up :) At least she was happy. I liked it. I would add more spices to it next time. My husband did not eat it because he went out to a business dinner.

Oh well, day #1 of my pinterest addiction was a success for me.... kind of a failure of a meal for my family. Tonight I am going to try to do a craft. It is a rainy day here and I thought I would try the mess free finger painting.
